The Escape: 7 will enter, only 1 will ESCAPE!

Over the course of 1 week, 7 contestants will be brought together to a secret location. For the duration of their stay, contestants will share one common goal; to ESCAPE!

The Escape is the first exclusive blogTV reality show to utilize an interactive platform allowing viewers to not only watch the show, but to interact with it as well. From choosing the cast to helping decide the fate of the contestants, viewers will have a chance to be active in the game from start to finish!

Even if you are not the kind of person who takes part in reality shows, The Escape is a demonstration of the tremendous accomplishments achieved by young broadcaster, Steven Binko. Be there to support his vision and be entertained all at the same time! The Escape officially premiers on Tuesday, December 30th at 9pm EST (8:30pm EST for the pre-show). After that you can expect to see the new episodes of The Escape each Tuesday night at 9pm EST and re-run episode on Thursday nights.

Xmas InsomniaX: Good holiday deed done!

It is heartwarming to see good people taking over and thinking about those less fortunate than themselves  during the holiday season. While much of society was out there spending their money on things they do not really need, a few young blogTV members decided to spend their time and energy raising a substantial amount of cash for needy children.

Organizer Dfizzy, along with Edwinsgeneration,  MichaelTang, Greeksrule, HowieReportingLive, Slusho and Airplane256 stayed up for what seemed like endless hours and days while fundraising like champions for the Invisible Children and Feed The Children charities. These heroes raised $1000 dollars for each organization. From what we gather, that will help to feed a lot of kids with that amount this holiday season.

So, congratulations you guys! You are real winners in our book and we wish you and your families a very happy holiday season.

Can't get enough of your favorite blogTV shows? Well now you will NEVER have to miss one again! Introducing the newest feature in blogTV subscription options; SMS alerts!

The process is as easy as pie:

Step 1. Go to the page of the person you wish to subscribe to and click "Subscribe" underneath the profile picture.

Step 2. When you press Subscribe a pop up window will appear with all of your subscription options conveniently listed and you will then choose what kind of alerts you would like to receive about the show and where you would like to receive those alerts. In order to get the SMS alerts, choose "My Cellphone." Then press "Subscribe"

Step 3. Fill in your Country, mobile number and the frequency and times during which you would like to receive SMS alerts for your blogTV subscriptions. Then press "Confirm."

Step 4. Once you have pressed confirm, a code will be sent to your mobile phone. When you receive that code, copy it into the "Confirmation code" area (as seen below) and press "Confirm" again and you are ready to rock and roll!

Help Save Mr G's Life!

BlogTV broadcaster, nedoow (Matt Wooden) is sending out a mass message in order to help save the life of his former 7th grade Social Studies teacher known as Mr. G (Frank Guariglia). Nedoow found out 8 months ago that Mr G is in desperate need of a kidney.

Mr. Guariglia began his teaching career 12 years ago in Brooklyn, NY and dedicates all of his time to his students. In 1994, he was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease, where a normal 5 oz kidney can expand up to 10 to 12lbs. In 2006, during a doctor visit, he found out his kidneys were only working at 20%. If he does not find a kidney donor soon, he will have to go on dialysis, which will only give him a 50/50 chance on returning to a normal life.

In a desperate attempt at finding a donor for Mr G, Matt will broadcast a 10 hour marathon on a newly created blogTV profile page called HelpMrG. Tune in to HelpMrG on Sunday December 14th from 2PM to midnight EST to support this great cause.

Nedoow also needs volunteers to help him spread the word, participate in his show, cohost and become an OP (operator) in the chat. He suggests that even mentioning the event during your own live show would be a great way to help. If you're interested in helping in any way, please contact nedoow.

The donor qualifications are as follows:
You must be 21 or older
You must have type 0 blood.
