Introducing Nifty Gifties; the cutest way to tell your blogTV buddies how you feel!




Nifty Gifties can be sent by registered users or by guests. Anyone who wants to send a gift must have a PayPal account. These Nifty Gifties can be sent with a personal message anonymously, publicly or privately to any registered recipient.




They can be sent by entering the profile page of the user you wish to send a Nifty Gifty to and pressing the Give A Gift button under the chat window. You'll be able to keep track of your Nifty Gifty collection right from your profile page! There is a new section for it in the area where your playground, videos and comment wall are currently found.

With these Nifty Gifties comes an all new credit system on blogTV. The credit system will be used to pay for Nifty Gifties and any additional items that may be purchasable from blogTV in the future.

$5 = 60 credits
$10 = 130 credits

BAD GUESTS BE GONE!
As we continue to improve the blogTV experience, we always take into account what we hear from you, the community. Lately there have been many complaints that guests are causing trouble using their names themselves. Even though the guest chat was switched off, they were using their names to harass and taunt people.

• Now the guests CAN BE KICKED even when the guest chat is off
• The guest usernames are now limited to a finite number of characters making it impossible to show someone's phone number via the guest name.

These updates should be a big help in keeping your room harassment free. We will continue to listen to your needs in the future.

I thinbk the guess names should be automatic. Guess can just be listed as Guess1, Guess2 etc. They really don't need the option of entering a name. That would solve the whole problem :)

new player was not good. You can do better. I want widescreen. no image degradation. embed code inserted on the site should start automatically. should be more useful. It does not reflect the actual number of viewers. HD and HQ quality I want to make new player. taken on the logo screen tv blog. and leave the screen free.

As far as reducing Guests names.. bad idea. These dolts waste precious brain cells creating their descriptive names (mostly based on their social deviation). It's a good thing.. at least we know where they're coming from and are easily identifiable when they resurface ! Let them rage because their little name got kicked. That's on their side of the monitor.. not mine!

NICE!! The no-guest chat plus kick option is great, being that people like to utilize guest names for minute purposes such as blogTV-wars, trolling and other such trivial matters.

I'm happy to such improvements to this site and goes in vein of a positive and happy experience. This makes my friends and my experience much more enjoyable as well as comfortable.

Great updates!! I still think guests should be IP kicked, but this is definitely a good upgrade and you should make it so when guests that cant chat are kicked it doesnt say it in the main chat so they don't manage to still attract attention! Thanks for gifty credits Lol! and i love the player !!!!

The embedding players do not work for me. I am a Junior of blogtv. I have added the embedded code to my Freewebs account and it shows the player but not the username, or anything else. It doesent show my picture, Show name, ect. Please investigate!
