Please be ware that some other sites are advertising a toolbar that is NOT the official blogTV toolbar and we did not build it, test it or approve it. The official blogTV Toolbar can be found here
Please note that it is currently only available for FireFox, but will be available on Internet Explorer soon.
We are already starting to work on version 2.0, so please email us if you have any suggestions.

would be nice if you also had a list who of your friends is online, not just who's broadcasting right now.

I’d like to introduce a useful tool for live broadcast. You can use it to stream pre-recorded video files, current screens, or forward online youtube videos.
The program is called Magic Camera. Website: http://www.shiningmorning.com/
Basically, Magic Camera is virtual webcam software and can also add many webcam effects:
Effects supported:
Transform, Mask, Background, Frame, Emotion, Text, customized effects, Flash, etc.
Functions supported:
Virtual webcam; streaming videos, streaming desktop screen, photo slides, picture in picture, doodling, etc.
Its usage and UI is easy. People who are interested can go to its website to find more.
Here is a tutorail on Use Magic Camera on BlogTv.com

when will the tool bar work on Explorer ?
will it be connected to the search of google ?

It's a good toolbar but it needs the ability to make a new tab when you click on a button with the wheel. It's very inconvenient to have to make a new tab THEN click a button.
I hope to see this soon.

i say you dont even bother catering to idiots that use IE and just leave it for firefox. IE is the browser of morons and shouldnt be promoted for ANY reason. if the IE users want the toolbar so bad... they can use firefox and do their part contributing to the safe use of the internet.

I will forever be using Mozilla Firefox, as it comes with ALL linux-based operating systems except KDE, which you can install later once it's setup.
Firefox rocks!!!!
Only thing I don't like and ABSOLUTELY HATE, is adobe flash censoring out your right to use a webcam on blogtv when using LINUX!! This is why I am waiting for Gnash to become fully mature, replacing adobe's virus-like software.
I cannot wait until gnash becomes the norm as the best click-to-play/enable flash plugin. No more animations/ads UNLESS you click them to play/enable.
Ubuntu 8.04.3 LTS on 250GB HDD, 9.04 on desktop and netbook.
PS. check out my videos on viddler, there are plenty to watch, new and old. Plenty of microwaving episodes, music, etc. including randomness.
*PEACE OUT*
The toolbar rocks.

Its been going weird for me in IE, I can't seem to log into it so instead of friends brodcasting, I get featured broadcasts, and the inbox leads to the regestration page. Still, a great toolbar though :D

Whiter Liar how you love to stir up trouble for yourself don't you? I guess lets talk isn't doing it for you much these days eh?
Posted by: Mary | October 24, 2009 at 08:03 AM
no, mary... letstalk is causing me NO problems at all. the only thing they are doing is humiliating themselves.
Posted by: Whiter Liar | October 27, 2009 at 02:45 AM
Whiter Liar, Lets talk isn't the only ones as you say "humiliating themselves" you have and are doing quite a good job of it yourself. I won't feed into your thirst for attention here as you do on lets talk so no need to reply back, since you seem to always want to have the last word on everything no matter what the topic. Now go back to pestering lets talk.
