blogTV Video Ad Revenue Share Program

It's finally here folks! The official blogTV Video Ad Revenue Share Program, where you can be the master of your own destiny!

General Terms

• Participation in blogTV's Video Ad Revenue Share Program is subject to the company's prior approval.
• This application form is subject to blogTV’s Terms of Use.
• BlogTV reserves the right in its sole discretion and without notice to terminate the Video Ad Revenue Share Program and/or terminate specific member participation in the program.
• If you are under 18, you will need a parent or legal guardian to sign this agreement on your behalf.
• In order to receive payment, you will need a bank account and a free paypal.com account. All our payments are via www.paypal.com
• The relationship between blogTV.com and you, the broadcaster, shall not be construed to create an employer/employee relationship and therefore shall not be defined as a “working” relationship.

Content and promotion

• You are responsible for your content and agree that BlogTV may monitor the Content, and may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate any broadcast and remove any content that BlogTV reasonably believes to be or to contain Prohibited Content.
• You agree that blogTV may use your content and name for marketing purposes.
• In order to make revenue, we strongly advise you to take all the necessary steps to promote and advertise yourself and your content produced on the blogTV.com platform. The more views you generate on your "live" and recorded videos, the more advertising revenue you stand to make.
• The longer amount of time your viewers stay and watch your "live" and recorded videos the more advertisements those viewers see. We therefore encourage you to produce interesting content, keeping your viewers glued to watching your show.

Payments

• You will receive 50% video advertising revenues generated from all of your live, recorded and "live" embed video views.
• Minimum payout is $100. In monetary terms, the advertisements viewed (per impression) and "clicked" (per click) on ALL your videos need to generate a minimum of $200 of advertising revenue within a month, in which we share 50% of your earnings (you get 50% and we get 50%).
• Payments will be made for actual advertising net revenues billed and received from 3rd party advertisers.
• Revenue is shared on the advertisements that run through all your videos. We make payment once your share of the revenue reaches $100 within a month. Otherwise, the amount due will be carried over to the next month. The amount shall be aggregated for a period of two calendar months.
• You will receive your advertising earnings within the first 7 days of each new month.

• Payments will be made via www.paypal.com by the 10th of each month.
• Estimated generated revenue report will be delivered upon request.
• Your payment reports will be emailed to you no later than the 7^th of each month. Should we not receive your paypal.com money request thereafter, within 30 days your payment will become ineffective.     
• Should there be any fraud or trickery in order to increase numbers of views, the payment will be made ineffective.

Hey this sounds like a Cool Program - Can i do this if have a video output and Record TV shows to let BlogTV Viewers to watch. Sorta like "dlgrizzpaw" the BlogTV user who does shows of SouthPark the simpsons etc. By the Way Kara, how come you never Read my emails i send to Community@BlogTV.Com i just sent you another email not long ago and you still havent responded to that one either...

David, that will probably will not be acceptable because it is copyrighted material and you'd be making money off that. The criteria seems basic so far, be original and you may be eligible.
